Imam Ali (peace be upon him) called me and said: how do you feel if Ubayd Allah ibn Ziyad, the lowborn of the Umayyad clan forces you into disliking me?
I replied: O Commander of the Faithful! I swear to God that I will never dislike you.
He said: I swear to God that he will hang you to death.
I said: I will be patient and this is not a big deal in the way of God.
He said: O Maytham! therefore you will be in the same ranking as me.
